Our approach
How we check prices
Every price on this site traces to a source: an installer's own page, a live advertisement, or a dated public report. We label each one advertised, reported, area or estimate, and we never invent a figure. Prices are evidence, not quotes for your home.
Keep the evidence in view
Advertised prices come from an installer’s own published offer. Reported prices come from dated public accounts. Area figures describe a broader market or brand, not this specific business. Estimates, if used, are labeled as estimates.
How cost ranges work
We use one eligible advertised entry price per seller. Fewer than four sellers means a list, not a market range. Four or five means a low-to-high range; six or more means the middle half leads. Rentals and customer reports stay separate.
What to confirm
Ask about system size, valve or filter model, plumbing-loop work, installation, tax and maintenance. A low entry price is not a promise that your home qualifies.
